On average, 3 sessions are recommended for optimal results but you will notice results after treatment 1. It is recommended for maximum results, sessions are performed approximately every 6-8 weeks. Depending on the treatment, you can expect anywhere from 24-48 hours of mild to moderate redness or up to 14 days of downtime. It is imperative to avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, and selfless tanner for a MINIMUM of four (4) weeks prior to your procedure AND four (4) weeks post-procedure. Maintaining proper hydration by drinking an adequate amount of water in the days leading up to the procedure can help promote healthy skin and optimize healing. It is recommended that you discontinue the use of Retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) approximately 3-5 days prior to procedure. It is recommended that you only use gentle cleansers and moisturizers for 5-7 days post-procedure.
